Our Story
Natural Green Thumbs
Holmbush Flowers started off as an idea between two green-fingered sisters. Our joint passion for growing, arranging, and selling flowers was passed on by our mother-- whose love of plants and our father's love for gardening continues to inspire us today.
The story goes back generations as both our grandparents were outstanding farmers and I guess it is fair to say it has been passed down from one generation to the next.

Our Flower garden specializes in growing seasonal cut flowers with a focus on Dahlias. We started off by supplying retail stores, florists, and local markets. In launching the site we hope to also offer more design and styling services for special events.

We are excited by the beauty that comes from working the land and look forward to sharing this journey (and bounty) with you.

The Farming Journey
Holmbush Flowers is a working farm right at the heart of Holmbush Farm, set among rolling fields and woodlands and situated within the beautiful Sussex countryside. ​
The farm is ideally situated just outside Horsham and a few miles from Crawley with easy access to both Surrey and Sussex and under 40miles from London
We grow a selection of highly sought-after flowers which are not easily sourced elsewhere, be it annuals, fragrant herbs, delicate sweet peas, roses and our house favourite dahlias.

During the winter the team is also dedicated to our indoor house plants and we also source some varieties.
​
​Sisters Susan and Martha believe in a holistic approach to gardening, taking the leap into flower farming/floristry 2 years ago. With the aim of spreading their love of gardening. The team hopes Holmbush flowers will enhance life by bringing beauty to ordinary life and help celebrate once in a lifetime moments.
